Lafayette Improvement Association, Lafayette's first community service organization, was founded in 1911, and is still active after more than 100 years!
The LIA is a 501c3 non-profit organization and the owner and steward of the Lafayette's Town Hall building.
The Town Hall is currently a theater but it has served many purposes during its long history. The Town Hall Theatre Company has been renting this building for many years.
The LIA is committed to assuring that the Town Hall building remains a valuable community resource for the members of the Lafayette community for many generations to come.
